Customer Support stands on First Place in our Company. In case of any technical problem with both
Software or Hardware, you can always rely on the support of our Service Team.

We provide a fully 24 Month warranty on all our parts and components. In urgent cases we ship an exchange Multiplexer until the faulty unit is fixed. Based on our expertise we also offer full repair service on units from all other dealers.

 

Software Updates: We are offering a free Update for DAS, WIS and EPC by exchanging the HDD.
The customer has to cover only the costs of shipping.
