Note (2): regarding Touch Screens on request we offer a touch-screen-notebook. However, we do not
recommend using one as our Engineers discovered visibility problems: its simply too difficult to keep the screen clean under normal workshop conditions. Also, a touch-screen-notebook is priced twice as high.

We provide a fully 24 Month warranty on all our parts and components. In urgent cases we ship an exchange
Multiplexer until the faulty unit is fixed.
Based on our expertise we also offer full repair service on units from all other dealers.
Software Updates:
We are offering a free Update for DAS,WIS and EPC by exchanging the HDD.
The customer has to cover only the costs of shipping.
